ITEM RETURN FORM

Returned items must meet the following conditions, here is the checklist:

• Item has not been worn, altered, or used.
• Item has not been washed.
• Item is free of pet hair and odors.
• Item is returned in the same condition as received, with original tags and packaging.
• Free gifts (if any) are included.
• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

The customer must return the item within 14 days of receipt. Any item returned after this 14-day period will not be accepted.

You can choose to receive a refund or a promo code for the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable for both options. There will be a 20% restocking fee on the price of the returned item for any refund. Alternatively, you can choose to receive a promo code (equivalent to the price of your returned item) to use for future orders, which will not incur any restocking or handling fees.
