At DressMyPaws, we aim to ensure you and your furry friend are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return policy below for guidance.

14-Day Return Policy

You can return an item for a refund within 14 days of receiving it.

• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
• Items that are used, damaged, or missing parts are not eligible for a refund.
• Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., size, fit, color) are not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the item to confirm it meets our return requirements.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return items. Shipping fees paid during the initial purchase are non-refundable.

No Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Exceptions

• Custom-made and personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Steps to Initiate a Return

   Fill out the Item Return Form and provide the requested details, including your order number, the item being returned, and the reason for the return.

2. Receive Return Instructions:
   After submitting the form, our team will provide the return address and any additional instructions.

3. Ship Your Return:
   Package the item securely and include any accessories or gifts received. Ensure it meets the return requirements before sending it to the provided address.

Important Notes

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt. Items sent after this period will not be accepted.
• Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to process after we receive and approve the returned item.
• If you choose, we can provide a store credit or promo code (equal to the value of your return) for future purchases. This option avoids restocking fees.
